🕐 Key Trading Sessions (CET)
Asian
00:00 – 09:00
Range establishment. Fade the breakout. Asian high/low = key levels for London.
London
09:00 – 17:00
Highest volume. Liquidity sweeps above/below Asian range. Best ICT setups.
New York
14:00 – 22:00
Reversal zone. London manipulation often resolves here. News at 14:30.
📐 Mancini Daily Levels
Calculate from yesterday's H1 data:
Pivot = (H + L + C) / 3
R1 = 2 × Pivot − L
S1 = 2 × Pivot − H
R2 = Pivot + (H − L)
S2 = Pivot − (H − L)
These are your reaction zones. Price will test them. Your job: wait for structure confirmation AT the level, not before.
✅ Pre-Entry Checklist (Signal Desk Gates)
- Spread OK? — Less than 2× ATR. No trading during news spike.
- Price at level? — At or near S/R, session high/low, or round number.
- Expectancy positive? — (WR × R) − ((1−WR) × 1) > 0. R ≥ 1.5 for gold.
- SL behind level? — Not AT the level. Buffer = 0.3× ATR behind nearest S/R.
- No correlated exposure? — Don't double up on DXY-correlated setups.
- H1 + M15 aligned? — H1 anchors direction. M15 provides entry timing.
⚡ The Gold Rush Window
09:00–11:00 CET. London open. Asian range gets tested. Look for:
- Liquidity sweep above Asian high → SHORT if structure flips
- Liquidity sweep below Asian low → LONG if structure flips
- FVG + Order Block confluence at Mancini S1/R1
After 11:00, wait for NY open (14:00). The middle hours are noise.
